Upfront Week: Murdoch Mysteries to earn 5th season; Shaw Media upfront news

Long day for me.  Let’s get right to what you love: highlights.

Shaw publicists are keeping mum about The Drunk and on Drugs Happy Funtime Hour and Kenny Hotz’s Triumph of the Will, at least publicly.  Last year, I reported that the show would debut winter 2011.  I assumed Showcase was saving the two shows for fall 2011, but now I have no idea what the hell is going on.  To quote that great orator Krusty the Clown, “what is the freaking holdup?”  Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to haul ass to Lollapalooza!

  3. We love the series, however the constant narration in this year’s films is very annoying! So much so that we are seriously considering not watching it anymore. You can see what is happening -what is the point of it? Thank you.
