Blah Helmet-esque alternative rock.  You know, I could appreciate Helmet when the band was on Amphetamine Reptile and, you know, actually played energetic music but as soon as Helmet released Aftertaste the band just really fell into mid-paced tedium.  Goody for me that I get to hear the exact same thing with Sanguine.  There's really nothing left for me to say about the album except that if this band doesn't appear on MTV within the next few years SPV isn't really doing its job.  You want a more in-depth review, go somewhere else 'cause I ain't givin' it to you.  At least the video clip that came with the CD was half-decent.
